Warranty Policy

At Borealis Snowboards, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the durability of our gear. We want you to head out onto the mountain with total peace of mind.

Our Commitment

We offer a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase:

• 
  Borealis Main Collection: All snowboards are covered by a 4-year warranty.
  
• 
  Discovery Line: This collection is covered by a 3-year warranty
  

(Discovery Line: Reactor, Women's Reactor, Pilot Fish).

What is covered?

This warranty strictly covers structural or functional defects resulting from the manufacturing process. This includes issues such as topsheet delamination, structural cracks not caused by impact, or edge issues arising from factory assembly.

What is NOT covered?

Whilst our boards are built to be robust, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear or external factors, including but not limited to:

• 
  Impact damage: Striking rocks, stumps, rails, or collisions with other riders.
  
• 
  Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper storage, transport, or exposure to extreme heat.
  
• 
  Modifications: Any alterations made to the original product (such as drilling new holes or using incompatible hardware).
  
• 
  Cosmetic issues: Minor scratches or chips on the topsheet that do not affect the board's performance.
  

How to make a claim

If you believe your board has a factory defect, please contact us directly. As Borealis is an independent, founder-led company, each claim is personally reviewed by Ben Hall.

To start the process, please provide:

1. 
   A copy of your original proof of purchase.
   
2. 
   Clear photos of the issue.
   
3. 
   A brief description of how and when the problem occurred.
