How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the US, the EU, the UK and Switzerland, sent from France with DHL. Canada is a flat €49 rate.
Other destinations are calculated at checkout, and you always see the price before you pay.
When will I get my board?
In-stock boards ship within 1 working day. Delivery takes 2 to 4 days in Europe and 3 to 7 days to the USA and Canada.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
- Customers in France and the EU pay no customs taxes.
- Outside the EU (Switzerland, USA, Canada, Japan for instance): prices are shown tax-free. A small customs fee may apply on delivery, but since we've removed the 20% EU VAT, your total lands about the same as a European rider pays.
What is the guarantee?
Boards from our main collection are covered by a 4-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The Discovery Line (Reactor, Women's Reactor, Pilot Fish) is covered for 3 years.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days to return your board in its original packaging. Just contact us first so we can organise the return.
How do I choose my size?
