At Borealis Snowboards, we believe that the journey of your board begins long before you hit the slopes. Every single snowboard is personally inspected and hand-packed by Ben Hall, the founder of Borealis.

We take pride in our "zero-damage" approach: your board is nestled into a custom-made, ultra-strong recycled cardboard box specifically designed to withstand the rigours of international transport. With reinforced edge protection and eco-friendly materials, we ensure your gear arrives in mint condition, ready to ride.

Handling & Delivery Times

We know you're eager to get on the snow. That’s why we commit to a fast turnaround:

  • Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Tracking: As soon as Ben has packed your board, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey to your doorstep.

Our Shipping Partners

We work with the most reliable carriers to ensure a premium service:

  • France: Sent via DPD (Home or Predict delivery).

  • Europe & Rest of the World: Sent via DHL Express for maximum speed and security.

     

Shipping Rates

We are happy to offer Free Shipping to our main riding communities. For other destinations, we apply a flat, transparent rate.

Important Information for Non-EU Customers

For orders shipped outside the European Union (including the USA, Canada, Japan, and now the UK), please note that import duties, taxes, and local customs fees may be applied by your local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these costs before placing your order.
